IVG call center located at Mass Vet Referral Hospital in WoburnEthos Veterinary Health has multiple openings for highly-motivated, Call Center Liaisons with excellent communication and organizational skills. Our well-established, well-equipped hospitals are focused on providing the highest medical quality and superior client service experience with a strong focus and emphasis on the continuing education of our staff, clients, referring veterinarians and communities.

Our large network allows for easy access to all Ethos specialists and opportunities for professional development and growth. Our Call Center is located in Woburn, at the Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital and processes all incoming calls for all Ethos hospitals. Our Call Center Liaisons have tremendous responsibility and are relied on heavily to ensure client’s needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Ideal candidates will have the ability and desire to deliver exemplary client service. Previous experience in a medical or veterinary setting is desired as is a fundamental knowledge of windows- based computer programs and a comfort level with technology. Candidates must be dependable and have a solid work history.
