Thank you for being there when we needed you the most

On August 10 I brought my beloved Pug dog Milo to Woburn for his euthanasia. Three weeks earlier we learned that Milo had cancer in his nose, head, brain, and only would live a few more weeks. Dr. Silver had the sad task of diagnosing Milo on July 19th. She was so kind and compassionate that day I will never forget it.
The doctors and front desk staff are the most caring, compassionate people I have ever met. Milo wasn’t a stranger to InTown Veterinary Group at Woburn as he needed Ophthalmology services a few years ago for a corneal abrasion that wouldn’t heal.
Dr.Erin Daniels was the Emergency doctor that took care of Milo on his last day of life. She was so loving and kind to us even though she was seeing us for the first time on August 10th.Martha at the reception desk had tears in her eyes after I told her that we had just buried my sis in law earlier that day and now Milo was leaving us. Martha explained the paperwork with a gentle spirit of kindness. I have the highest praise and respect for everyone that works at InTown Veterinary Group. They care for your pets while making sure you are informed and supported as a good friend would do. Thank you for being there when we needed you the most.
