I told her I was nervous… and she told me not to worry

Written by Janice E Allinson | Haverhill, MA Hospital: Bulger Veterinary Hospital

My dog Leah was hit by a car suddenly. Of course in a panic my husband rushed her to the Bulger ER where they were waiting for her. I ended up having to pick her up myself and I couldn’t believe the excellent communication and post-op instructions they give. The girl even helped me outside with her and picked her up and put her in the car. We have a follow-up appt tomorrow with hopes of a good outcome. I’m sure that she will do great and heal nicely due to their hard work with her. Customer service is excellent at the front desk checking her out, the woman there was so personable. I told her I was nervous getting her and she told me not to worry and made me feel better. I am so grateful that they were there and were amazingly nice and helpful through this. Thank you for all your hard work and also with dealing with a pup that isn’t a fan of the vet.
