I absolutely trust them to give Murray the best care possible

Written by Emily | Medford, MA Hospital: Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital

I’ve had Murray for 8 years and he had never been sick before. My normal vet had no openings that day and referred me to Mass Vet, where they took our name immediately and, upon arriving, had us in a room being checked out within minutes. They didn’t waste any time telling us about the situation, what FLUTD meant, and what Murray needed in order to survive and get better. They offered us a cost breakdown so that nothing would surprise us later and took him into their care. He spent two days there, where apparently as soon as he started to feel a little bit better he decided to be a giant grumpus and meow all the time. He and I have that in common because I must have called them three or four times with questions and concerns. Everyone at Mass Vet treated us with kindness and patience, and they seemed to actually care about Murray as an individual, despite the fact that they care for many animals every day. I am so appreciative that they helped him. He is feeling so much better! I will not hesitate to call them if he has any complications in the future because I absolutely trust them to give Murray the best care possible.
