Luanne Barry joined IVG in 2006 as the client service manager. Her background in operations and client relations management allowed her to implement a unified call center, utilizing call center technology, specializing in telephone triage and communication for all of the hospitals within the IVG network. Luanne also manages the client care team at Mass Vet and plays an important role in communication and service development.

As a Hospital Services Manager overseeing the client care team, Luanne uses her experience in customer service and management to develop new services that increase client satisfaction and reflect IVG’s commitment to the human-animal bond.

Luanne also brings her call center operations background to IVG where service, technology and communication are the foundation of the operation. The IVG call center is staffed 24/7 with skilled liaisons who receive regular training in veterinary emergency and specialty care. Luanne’s team of call center management and staff ensure that our patients and their owners are able to speak to a trained liaison any time of the day or night.
