Luanne Barry, joined IVG in 2006 as the client service manager. She was promoted to hospital manager nine months later. Her background in operations and client relations management allowed her to implement a unified call center, utilizing call center technology, specializing in telephone triage and communication for all of the hospitals within the IVG Network.

As Hospital Manager at Mass Vet, Luanne uses her thirty years of experience in facility, technology and staff management to run the expansive hospital. She is responsible for maintaining and developing new procedures for efficiency while simultaneously ensuring our clients receive the highest standards of service and care.

Luanne is an exercise enthusiast; she enjoys strength training and flexibility training. Having grown up in the local area Luanne is familiar with the Woburn area and the Boston surroundings where she and her husband raised their now-grown family.
