Karen Mehegan, our Director of Human Resources, joined us in April of 2008. She came to us with over 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience in small and mid-sized companies, including numerous start-ups. As a member of Hale & Dorr’s (now Wilmer Hale) HR Services team, she consulted with mid-size clients of the firm and serving as an on-site human resources executive for these client companies. Most recently, she was the Director of Recruiting and Retention for a national CPA firm, recruiting and hiring for the firm as well as placing accounting professionals in public and private companies. Her experience spans a number of industries including publishing, high-tech, manufacturing, consumer goods and professional services. Karen attended Wheaton College (MA) and Boston College Law School and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. She lives in Natick, MA and enjoys travel, theatre, reading and shopping.
