Access your clients’ medical records in real time while they are being treated at one of the hospitals in the IVG network.
If you would like to have access to this system, please contact us today. Your clinic will receive a shared username and password. This will enable any member of your veterinary team to view all the patient records for all of your clients.
Available information includes:
- A medical summary including: history, diagnosis and prognosis.
- Lab results and any reports or results from other diagnostic tests.
- Discharge instructions and/or home exercise instructions (if necessary).
- Medications prescribed (if necessary).
While we have tried to ensure the system is user friendly and self-explanatory, this User Manual will help answer any questions you may have.

At the present time this service is only available to veterinary practices. We are investigating options for making this service available to you, our clients, as well.
The information being provided to your veterinarian is the same as that being provided to you during your pet’s discharge from our hospital. This shared information allows IVG doctors and your family veterinarian to provide a more comprehensive and cohesive approach to your pet’s life-long medical care.
