For an easy step by step guide to submitting radiographs, please click to view the user manual.
To view a short video demonstrating all the steps involved in submitting a radiograph and receiving an interpretation, click below. The video has no audio, subtitles outlining the process are available at the bottom of the video window.
To enlarge the window, you may click on the button with four arrows in the lower right corner of the video window.
If you are ready to set up an account, click on account setup and fill out the form. Once you hit submit, our support staff will call you to complete the set up process. In order to do this you will need to have access to your digital radiograph system.
There are a variety of options available to best meet the needs of your clinic. These include volume discounts and bundle packages incorporating data storage options. Prices will vary (and can be customized) to support your hospital’s needs for stat and regular radiograph submissions. To discuss the package that will best suit your clinic’s needs, please email or call 781.305.2285. If you would like to discuss your current pricing package, please do not hesitate to call. If the needs of your practice have changed, we will be happy to customize a new package to suit those needs.
Depending upon the status of your request, you may or may not be able to cancel the request.
This may be related to a problem with your set up, your internet, our internet or any number of other things. We encourage you to call us at (781) 305-2266 to troubleshoot the problem. It would be ideal if you have access to both your x-ray machine and your PACS server while you are on the phone with us.
All doctors associated with your hospital’s account are linked to each other, so all the veterinary staff at your hospital will have access to all uploaded cases. Everyone can keep track of where cases are in the queue, add new information as needed, or simply wait to receive the radiologist’s report. Once you receive the final report, saving everything to your client’s electronic account or printing it all out and adding it to their paper file is a breeze.
You will receive a monthly invoice at the address listed on your account. It will summarize the number of studies interpreted for that time period. If you elect to have us act as your off site data storage solution, the invoice will include a line item indicating the number of new studies added to your account during the specified time period.
Your client will never receive a bill or any other information from IVG or IVG Online. We will bill your practice and you may bill your client by any method you deem appropriate.
