Remote Access to a Veterinary Radiologist

One of the main benefits of this online radiology submission service is your access in real time to a veterinary radiologist without the inconvenience of sending your client to a referral hospital, burning a CD or preparing a referral form.

With remote real time access to a board certified veterinary radiologist, our goal is to enhance the relationship between the specialty referral hospital and yourselves, the primary care veterinarian, while keeping convenience to your clients at the forefront of everything we do.

A simple two step setup process is all that stands between you and real time access to a radiologist from the comfort of your own clinic:

1. Click here to sign up using our online account setup form. Our experts will be notified of your interest and we will contact you to walk you through the setup process.
2. A quick test to ensure everything is working correctly is the final step. You can begin to submit radiographs to IVG radiologists immediately.

We have tried to ensure that the system is user friendly and easy to understand, but we have also provided a step by step guide in case anything is unclear.

Full Term Pregnancy

Turn around times on submitted radiographs varies by the submission type:

• Standard Read Request: Within 24 hours, if submitted Monday through Saturday, 8am – 6pm
• Stat Read Request: Within 2 hours, if submitted Monday through Saturday, 8am – 6pm

Data Storage & Online Access for all Uploaded Digital Radiographs

Once your clinic is set up to send digital radiographs to the InTown PACS server, you also have the option of maintaining an offsite data back up of all of your clinic’s radiographs.

Remote access and an offsite data storage for all of your practice’s radiographs ensures that in the event of catastrophic loss of data, your clients’ radiographs will be safe.

Since there is no software to install and since everything is available using a standard internet connection and access to the web, doctors can view radiographs from any computer, anywhere in the world without the need for specialized software or custom settings; just sign in and pull up the file of the patient in question.
