A New Format for the IVG Quarterly NewsletterFebruary 23, 2017

Changing the IVG Quarterly Newsletter Format

Sommer Aweidah

IVG Hospitals has been publishing a quarterly newsletter since the summer of 1999.  That first edition was on Feline Herpesvirus Ocular Disease and was authored by Dr. Ruth Marrion, PhD, DACVO.  The newsletter has evolved in the ensuing years. We moved from a printed, mailed, black and white newsletter, to color, we shifted from a print-only publication to an online and print publication, to online only, and we expanded the number of articles per edition.  In 2017, the way in which we consume information has changed, and as the newsletter continues to evolve, we are once again changing the format.

Take a moment to cruise with us down memory lane.

We hope you enjoy this epic tale in all its cinematic glory!

The content will continue to be written by our team of veterinarians and board certified specialists, it will continue to be focused on a medical audience, and we hope it will continue to provide you and your team with valuable insight.

New content will be published online as it becomes available, as stand-alone articles.  We will publish to our website and social media platforms (FaceBook and Twitter). We will no longer be sending out emails or faxes when a new article has been published in deference to your inbox, the planet, and our carbon footprint.  We hope you will seek out our articles when you need them, and we hope you will continue to find them informative and useful.

You should be able to easily read the newest (and all older) articles on any device connected to the internet. Navigation options include:

  • Go to www.IVGHospitals.com , click on “Veterinary Teams” and “Newsletters”,
  • Go to “News and Events” click “Veterinary Articles” and on the left sidebar, select “newsletters”.
