Call Center Liaison
We have immediate openings for highly-motivated, Call Center Liaisons with excellent communication and organizational skills. Our Call Center processes all incoming calls for our emergency and specialty practices as well as some ancillary facilities. The Call Center Liaisons are responsible for processing all incoming faxes and medical record requests.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls from our clients, the public and referring veterinarians
- Providing general information
- Scheduling appointments
- Invoicing
- Providing patient updates
- Medical Records
- Triaging phone calls and communicating emergency medical instruction to callers
- Various reporting and data entry projects
The suitable candidate must have the ability and desire to deliver exemplary client service. Previous call center experience in a medical or veterinary setting is desired as is a fundamental knowledge of windows-based computer programs and a comfort level with technology. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with skill level and experience.
Full-time or part time evening and overnight positions are currently available. These positions will include a weekend shift and required holiday shifts.
